We are delighted to announce that Ronald has been appointed by 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐂) as Panel Arbitrator for a period of 3 years from September 2022 to December 2025.
THAC was established under the Act of Arbitration Center 2007, with the mission to provide Arbitration service in international standard as the suitable platform for handling both local and overseas Business Disputes. The organisation also aims to promote the awareness and culture of using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Thailand. They offer not only Arbitration service, but also Mediation service, as well as various ADR training and seminars.
As a former Chair and an Immediate Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) East Asia Branch Young Members Group (YMG), Ronald has dedicated himself to Arbitration frequently. He has experience as counsel and as tribunal assistant in both Domestic and International Arbitrations involving construction, shipping, sale of goods and commodities disputes primarily involving HKIAC Rules or UNCITRAL rules. His practice in the field of International Arbitration is still growing.
