This session will examine recent developments in family law, including Practice Directions 15.11 & 15.13, the jurisdiction of Family Court Masters, and recent children-related cases. Discussion will also cover the proposed Children Proceedings (Parental Responsibility) Bill, distinctions between custody, care and control, and access, and the key factors considered by the court in children’s proceedings.
