Once again this year, The University of Law and The Hong Kong Management Association have extended an invitation to Edward and Linda to speak at a Spring Programme, aimed at secondary school students with an interest in the legal industry in Hong Kong. As junior counsels, they shared their early journeies from being a law student to being called to the Bar - which has given the students a more practical and realistic insight of the daily life of barrister. During the 2-hour session, students have been provided opportunities to learn by role-playing counsels to give submission in courts and gain evidence from witnesses.
Edward has a broad practice in civil matters such as but not limited to land, probate, commercial fraud and criminal matters. He has been frequently invited to be visiting lectuer and course leader as he is also experienced in delivering talks and lectures at different universities.
Linda is developing a wide range of civil practice, in particular of the areas in trust and probate, commercial disputes, and different levels of criminal matters. She is a HKMAAL General Accredited Mediator and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
