We are pleased that Azan Marwah, recently spoke at the Hong Kong Family Law Association event held at the Hong Kong Club.

This talk focused on the evolving position of Family Law in Hong Kong following the Court of Final Appeal’s judgment in Sham Tsz Kit. Azan also discussed the implications of this decision, as well as the recent Government Bill on the Registration of Same-sex Partnerships, for families and legal practice in Hong Kong.

Azan has a well-established practice in family law, with extensive experience in matrimonial finance, children’s matters, and international family disputes.
