The new edition of 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐠: 𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 (𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐝) is out! We are glad to share that our Ronald is one of the contributing authors for this edition and contributed to the chapter of “Intellectual Property and Domain Name Arbitration”.

In respect to field of arbitration, Ronald is a Fellow of CIArb, the present Chair of the CIArb (EAB) YMG and is on the panel of arbitrators for SHAC and CIAdr. He has experience as counsel and as tribunal assistant in both domestic and international arbitrations involving construction, shipping, sale of goods and commodities disputes primarily involving HKIAC Rules or UNCITRAL rules.
