Isaac recently appeared for the co-executrices named in the Deceased’s will, who applied for summary judgment to pronounce the will in solemn form for its force and validity. In opposition, the daughter of the Deceased alleged that the will was invalid because the Deceased (1) did not know or approve the contents of the will and/or (2) executed the will under undue influence.

The court accepted the evidence provided by the independent professionals involved in the execution of the will and had no hesitation in rejecting the daughter’s allegations. Thus, the court entered judgment summarily in favour of the co-executrices.
