Invited by the City University of Hong Kong Mooting and Advocacy Association, our Azan Marwah recently delivered a seminar to the students on same-sex partnerships and the latest legal developments in Hong Kong in 2026.

Azan outlined the critical timeline of notable judicial review cases in Hong Kong, from foundational equality landmarks to the most recent 2025 and 2026 legal developments surrounding parental rights, inheritance, and public housing benefits.
