Kate was a pupil to Mr. Derek Chan SC, Mr. Ross Yuen, Ms. Connie H.Y. Lee and Mr. Danny K.K. Chan.
Kate maintains a broad criminal practice from letters of representation and plea bargains, to court appearances for mentions, plea and mitigations, and trials. She has experiences in money laundering, dangerous drugs offences, offences against the person, traffic violations and more.
On the civil side, Kate advises on contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, employment issues, defamation, personal injuries, land or trust disputes, and other general civil matters.
Prior to joining the Bar, Kate specialised in communications and publicity matters at a leading airline and a global theme park corporation.
Kate is currently an experienced advocate who has appeared at various court levels, both representing clients independently and assisting as a junior counsel. She is fluent in three languages, and accepts instructions in all areas.
