Harry joined Chambers upon completion of pupillage with Mr. Herbert Leung, Ms. Catherine Wong, Mr. Azan Marwah and Mr. Ronald Pang. He also served as marshal to Her Honour Judge Thelma Kwan in 2025.
Prior to joining Chambers, Harry obtained his LLB and PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his studies, he was an avid mooter. He joined the moot team for the Willem C. Vis East International Arbitration Moot (2023-2024), and won the Criminal Law Mooting Competition (2025) co-organised by Morley Chow Seto and Lawrence Lok Chambers.
Harry is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He has experience in matrimonial and children matters, probate, trust, companies, personal injury, contract and other general civil matters. He is developing a criminal practice and has assisted in cases involving drug-trafficking, immigration offences, money laundering, fraud and sexual offences. He has appeared in various levels of court as sole counsel and junior counsel.
