Cha maintains a busy practice in both Australia and Hong Kong. Cha's practice is focused on the field of private client disputes and specialises in matters involving criminal law, commercial law, probate, trust and estate administration. Besides, Cha received more than 15 honours, scholarships & awards in his academic and legal career. Major scholarships include HKSAR Government Scholarship, Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship and HKBA Charles Ching Memorial Scholarship.
Before resuming his private practice, he had been a public prosecutor in the Department of Justice, where he prosecuted serious crimes, and a Judicial Associate in the Court of Appeal, assisting all Justices of Appeal in criminal appeal cases.
Alongside his versatile legal practice, Cha is an experienced sports and geriatrics physiotherapist and a private tutor on Criminal Law, English Language, and Mathematics.
Cha's skill set is deep and diverse. He firmly believes that helping every person at various stages of their life journey in multiple capacities is meaningful and invaluable.
