Arthur was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2025. He holds a first class LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and completed the PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. During his studies, he was top of his cohort in Intellectual Property.
Arthur’s practice covers commercial matters, matrimonial, and probate. He is a HKIAC accredited tribunal secretary and has experience with HKIAC and ICC arbitrations, whether domestic or international, in multi-jurisdictional contract, construction, and cryptocurrency disputes.
During his studies at Liverpool and HKU, he received numerous scholarships including the Hou De Charitable Foundation Scholarship and Richard Isaacson QC Prize. He is also the first recipient of the Pantheon Chambers Scholarship.
Arthur has served as editor for the University of Liverpool Law Review and his work covers indemnity costs in pre-trial discovery applications.
Arthur is also active in pro bono work, volunteering with Pro Bono HK and legal clinics in both Hong Kong and the UK. He is a native Cantonese speaker and is professionally proficient in English and Mandarin.
