She specialises in family and matrimonial disputes, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and general crime. Aria is experienced in all facets of family proceedings, including petitions of nullity, children's relocation, custody, and ancillary relief. She is also experienced in probate matters, such as Cap. 481 applications and passing over of executors and administrators. She is experienced in advising and handling commercial matters regarding property ownership and corporate governance. She is further experienced in drafting arbitral awards and procedural orders for arbitration and in providing advice regarding applications for enforcement of arbitral awards in the High Court.
Aria is currently instructed by the Hong Kong Bar Association as Project Counsel on the preparation of a series of papers on Sports Arbitration in Hong Kong. Aria is also a mediation advocacy coach and a qualified Tribunal Secretary through the training programme organised by the HKIAC, with expertise in procedural matters within arbitrations.
