Called to the Bar in 2024, Nicklaus brings a strong background in commercial law and dispute resolution, with experience spanning interlocutory injunctions, full trials, and HKIAC arbitration. A Middle Temple Scholar, he completed his studies across Warwick, KCL, and HKU before completing his pupillage in Hong Kong.

Beyond his practice, Nicklaus is deeply committed to public work and mentoring the next generation of talent.

惲大律師於 2024 年取得香港執業大律師資格，在商業法及爭議解決領域擁有豐富經驗，處理範疇涵蓋非正審強制令、正式審訊及香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）的仲裁案件。作為中殿律師學院（Middle Temple）獎學金得主，他先後畢業於英國華威大學、倫敦國王學院及香港大學，並於香港完成實習大律師訓練。
