CPD seminar: Mental Health Law: Applications under Part II and Recent Case Updates

This course provides practical guidance on navigating mental health proceedings, with a focus on the new Practice Direction 30.1 and its application in practice. Participants will benefit from clear case summaries and analysis, including natural justice issues in JT v The Director of Social Welfare [2025] 2 HKLRD 294 and committal for non-compliance in K v A [2025] HKCFI 1024; [2025] HKCFI 3602. The session highlights key lessons and procedural insights to support effective case handling.
