In FCMC 53/2026, Natalie Lam was instructed by Nanwani Solicitors LLP to represent the Father in an urgent application for a non-removal order.

The application followed the Mother's unilateral removal of the child from the family home, the cessation of direct communication, denial of the Father’s access to the child, and threat to remove the child from Hong Kong.

Following the hearing, an order for the non-removal of the child was granted.
