惲浩翹大律師

惲浩翹大律師是一名中殿律師學院獎學金得主（Middle Temple Scholar）。他師承Mr David Boyton、Ms Elizabeth Herbert、馬亞山大律師（Mr Azan Marwah）及彭籽峰大律師（Mr Ronald Pang）後，其後於 2026年正式加入萬晨大律師事務所。
惲大律師曾就讀於香港拔萃男書院，隨後赴英國留學 10 年，先後取得華威大學經濟學理學學士學位及倫敦國王學院法學學士學位。其後，他返回香港並於香港大學修讀法學碩士（LLM）及法學專業證書（PCLL），更在法學碩士課程中取得優異（Distinction）成績。這為他贏得了實 習大律師的機會，並最終獲認許為香港的執業大律師。
惲大律師在多個法律領域均擁有豐富經驗，處理的事務涵蓋非正審強制令、正式審訊，以至在香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）的仲裁案件中擔任獨任法律顧問。他曾以獨任訟辯律師及副手大律師（Led Junior）的身份，於各級法院及審裁處出庭答辯。
在積極發展執業業務之餘，惲大律師亦熱心回饋社會，積極參與各類公益及公共事務，致力服務香港並培育下一代人才。
惲大律師精通英語、廣東話及普通話，具備母語級別的讀寫能力，並曾以獨任訟辯律師身份在法庭上處理英語及中文審訊。

ESS 35334 & 35335/2024 - Appeared as a led junior (with Mr Azan Marwah and Mr Nigel Kat SC) on behalf of the private prosecutrix Ms Selina Cheng in prosecuting Dow Jones Publishing Co. (Asia) Inc – a notably rare instance of a private prosecution in Hong Kong.
B v B and Another [2025] 1 HKLRD 241 - Appeared as a led junior within adoption proceedings, successfully securing the adoption order. Also appeared as led junior within the Judicial Review stemming from this case, being HCAL 134/2025, for which the judgment is still pending.
Lin Guifei, as the administratrix of the estate of Lee Kin Wah, deceased v Lui Chung [2025] HKCFI 1904 - Appeared as a led junior within a trial involving a partnership dispute, which involved complex issues of law and fact. This case also involved the application and obtainment of a carry-on order under Order 15 of the Rules of the High Court.
LAA 214, 290, 319, 325 and 330 of 2024 (Potentially Polygamous Marriages) - Appeared as a sole advocate within a legal aid appeal which concerned jurisdictional issues based on cross-border marriages, where the dispute centred around personal law, lex domicilii, and de facto monogamy. Appeal was allowed.
