Ronald was appointed by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) to its New Panel of Arbitrators

We are excited to share that our member, Ronald was appointed by the 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐂) to its New Panel of Arbitrators (the 7th Cohort) on 31 December 2021. The newly appointed arbitrators will execute their duties from 1 January 2022.

Ronald is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has experience with matters relating to both arbitration and mediation. In respect to arbitrations, he has experience as counsel and as tribunal assistant in both domestic and international arbitrations involving construction, shipping, sale of goods and commodities disputes primarily involving HKIAC Rules or UNCITRAL rules.

He is also the current Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) Young Members Group.
