Incorporated Owners of Walton Estate v. Yan Yan Motors Ltd. & Another [2023] HKLdT 27; LDBM 167/2019

Ronald recently acted on behalf of the 1st Respondent (owner of a commercial shop), in a dispute concerning the outstanding management fees of a mixed commercial and residential development. The Lands Tribunal found that the budgets of Applicant (the Incorporated Owners) were in breach of the DMC and dismissed the claims by the Applicant. An order had also been made by The Lands Tribunal for the Applicant to revise the budgets and to make proper adjustment of the management fees payable by the Respondents.
